Brush & Pride Painting offers a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty and one-time Two-Year Touch-Up Service on qualifying interior repaint and kitchen cabinet refinishing projects.
This warranty applies only when:
The project value is $3,500 or more
Premium, manufacturer-approved coatings are used (including select Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore products)
The work is performed by Brush & Pride Painting
This warranty does not apply to:
Projects under $3,500
Exterior painting, staining, pressure washing, or epoxy coatings
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations, or customer-applied touch-ups

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Brush & Pride Painting stands behind the quality of our work. Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty reflects our commitment to proper preparation, premium materials, and professional application.
This warranty applies only to qualifying residential projects and is subject to the terms below.

1. Warranty Coverage
Brush & Pride provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on qualifying interior repaint and kitchen cabinet refinishing projects completed using premium, manufacturer-approved coatings, including select Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore products.
This warranty covers failures caused by our workmanship or application, including:
peeling
blistering
cracking
adhesion failure
If a failure is determined to be the result of our workmanship, Brush & Pride will repair the affected area at no cost for labor or materials.

2. One-Time Touch-Up Service
Qualifying projects include a one-time courtesy touch-up service within two (2) years of project completion.
This service is intended to address minor wear under normal use and does not extend or replace the lifetime workmanship warranty.

3. Manufacturer Material Warranties
Certain coatings used by Brush & Pride carry manufacturer warranties issued by Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore.
Manufacturer warranties are administered solely by the manufacturer
Approval and coverage are subject to the manufacturer’s terms
Brush & Pride will assist homeowners in submitting manufacturer warranty claims when applicable
Brush & Pride does not control or guarantee manufacturer warranty outcomes

4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover failures caused by conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to:
water intrusion, leaks, moisture, or humidity issues
improper ventilation
structural movement, settling, or shifting
substrate failure or existing surface conditions
mold, mildew, or efflorescence
environmental exposure or acts of nature
improper maintenance, misuse, or abuse
damage caused by third parties
normal wear and tear
cosmetic damage such as fading, scratching, chipping, or impact damage
Underlying conditions must be corrected separately prior to warranty coverage.

5. Product Selection Responsibility
If an issue arises due to incorrect product selection or application by Brush & Pride, we take full responsibility and will correct the issue at no cost.

Minimum project value of $3,500
Use of specified premium coatings
Work performed solely by Brush & Pride Painting

Projects below $3,500, small repairs, touch-ups, maintenance work, commercial projects, rental properties, multi-unit buildings, and new construction do not qualify.

Brush & Pride Painting stands behind the quality of our exterior painting services. Our Exterior Workmanship Warranty reflects our commitment to proper preparation, correct product selection, and professional application.

Brush & Pride provides a five (5) year workmanship warranty on qualifying exterior residential painting projects completed using specified coatings and systems.
This warranty covers failures resulting from our workmanship or application, including:
peeling
blistering
cracking
adhesion failure
If a failure is determined to be caused by our workmanship, Brush & Pride will repair the affected area at no cost for labor or materials.

vandalism, abuse, or misuse

Two-Year Workmanship Warranty
Brush & Pride Painting Company LLC (“Brush & Pride”) provides a two (2) year workmanship warranty on qualifying residential projects, including exterior staining services, subject to the terms outlined below.

This warranty covers defects resulting from our workmanship or application, including failures such as peeling, blistering, cracking, or adhesion issues caused by improper preparation or application.
If a failure is determined to be the result of our workmanship, Brush & Pride will repair the affected area at no cost for labor or materials.
