Brush & Pride Painting stands behind the quality of our work. Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty reflects our commitment to proper preparation, premium materials, and professional application.

This warranty applies only to qualifying residential projects and is subject to the terms below.

1. Warranty Coverage

Brush & Pride provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on qualifying interior repaint and kitchen cabinet refinishing projects completed using premium, manufacturer-approved coatings, including select Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore products.

This warranty covers failures caused by our workmanship or application, including:

• peeling

• blistering

• cracking

• adhesion failure

If a failure is determined to be the result of our workmanship, Brush & Pride will repair the affected area at no cost for labor or materials.

2. One-Time Touch-Up Service

Qualifying projects include a one-time courtesy touch-up service within two (2) years of project completion.

This service is intended to address minor wear under normal use and does not extend or replace the lifetime workmanship warranty.

3. Manufacturer Material Warranties

Certain coatings used by Brush & Pride carry manufacturer warranties issued by Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore.

• Manufacturer warranties are administered solely by the manufacturer

• Approval and coverage are subject to the manufacturer’s terms

• Brush & Pride will assist homeowners in submitting manufacturer warranty claims when applicable

• Brush & Pride does not control or guarantee manufacturer warranty outcomes

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover failures caused by conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• water intrusion, leaks, moisture, or humidity issues

• improper ventilation

• structural movement, settling, or shifting

• substrate failure or existing surface conditions

• mold, mildew, or efflorescence

• environmental exposure or acts of nature

• improper maintenance, misuse, or abuse

• damage caused by third parties

• normal wear and tear

• cosmetic damage such as fading, scratching, chipping, or impact damage

Underlying conditions must be corrected separately prior to warranty coverage.

5. Product Selection Responsibility

If an issue arises due to incorrect product selection or application by Brush & Pride, we take full responsibility and will correct the issue at no cost.

6. Project Qualification Requirements

This warranty applies only to projects that meet all of the following:

• Residential interior repaint or kitchen cabinet refinishing

• Minimum project value of $3,500

• Use of specified premium coatings

• Work performed solely by Brush & Pride Painting

• Original contract and proof of purchase on file

Projects below $3,500, small repairs, touch-ups, maintenance work, commercial projects, rental properties, multi-unit buildings, and new construction do not qualify.

7. Warranty Limitations

Warranty repairs are limited to the specific area affected by a covered failure. This warranty does not cover repainting of unaffected areas or incidental or consequential damages.

8. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner at the original service location.
